Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address and (if you choose) a profile photo.
• Your files and the information about them — names, folders, tags, sizes and dates.
• Security records such as sign-ins, uploads and shares, kept to protect your account.
• Basic technical data (browser type, approximate region) to keep TIDY reliable.

Only to provide TIDY: storing and showing your files, sending the emails and reminders you ask for, keeping your account secure, and fixing problems. We don’t read your documents, we don’t use them for advertising, and we don’t sell your data.

Files are kept in a private storage bucket on Cloudflare R2, and account data in a Supabase database. Files are only reachable through short-lived signed links that we create after checking you’re allowed to open them. Everything is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

A file is only visible to someone else when you share it. You choose view-only or download, and when the link expires. You can stop sharing at any time and the link stops working immediately.

Deleted files go to Trash and are permanently removed after your retention period (30 days by default) or when you empty Trash. If you delete your account, we remove your files and personal data. Some security logs may be kept for a short time as required by law.

You can view, download, correct or delete your information from inside TIDY. For anything else, contact Mend Solution and we’ll help.

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you by email or in the app first.
