Terms of Service

Keep your password safe and your email up to date. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Your files stay yours. You give us permission only to store, process and show them so TIDY can work for you — for example to preview a PDF or share a link you created.

• Don’t upload anything illegal or anything you don’t have the right to store.
• Don’t use share links to spread malware, spam or abusive material.
• Don’t try to access other people’s accounts or break TIDY’s security.

Free accounts include 2.5 GB. We may set limits on file size and sharing to keep the service fair and safe. We’ll warn you before you reach your storage limit.

We work hard to keep TIDY available and your files safe, but no online service is perfect. Keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

We’ll give notice before important changes take effect.
